01 Enquiry
During the enquiry phase, we get to know each other with a few questions about yourself and the goals for your project to ensure we are a good fit. We love to partner with brands who see the value in investing in good design, are open to new ideas, and want a design based on strategy and purpose.
02 Discovery
We tee up a 1:1 session either virtually or in our office, depending on your location, we spend 90min or so taking a deep look into who your brand is and your vision for the project. We then do our own market research and put together a comprehensive strategy document that outlines your brand statement, values, target audience, competitive analysis, unique selling point, a visual direction, and more, becoming a road map for the rest of the project.
03 Design
The design phase, the exciting part, this is where we use your approved strategy and visual direction to start the design. We develop multiple concepts until we come to a solution that best aligns with your goals and values and present this to you in an in-depth presentation with an explanation of our design choices and a series of real-life mock-ups and 3D renders to help you visualise how it will look in the real world. Working together on any refinements to finalise the designs.
04 Launch
After a thoughtful process of collaboration and once you have approved the final designs we package everything up and get it ready for production and construction. We will send a link via email for you to download a copy of all your final assets and documentation but we don’t leave you just yet, we stick around to ensure everything is executed seamlessly and exactly how you envisage it.
